VINTAGE:
Excellent weather conditions that allowed the grapes to enter the winery with extraordinary health.
Vintage 2016 classified as Very Good by the Regulatory Council for very good weather conditions, with rains in September after a cycle marked by drought and high summer temperatures.
They are wines with a balance between acidity and alcoholic strength, aromatic quality and excellent phenolic maturity. Qualities that provide freshness and at the same time, smoothness and roundness of the tannin in the mouth, resulting in wines of great depth and persistence.

ELABORATION:
Zoned manual harvesting of 40-year-old vineyards in boxes, remaining at a very low temperature for 24 hours and after a rigorous selection of the grapes, they pass into different small Ganimede tanks for alcoholic fermentation. Later, it is transferred to new French and American oak barrels for its malolactic fermentation and 420 days of aging. Numerous tests of Tempranillo coupage with a small part of Garnacha that provides greater softness and fruit until the perfect balance is found.
A minimum of 6 months of storage in the bottle prior to its commercial launching finish rounding the wine for consumption and possible storage.
